Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from our (Vapormax) website or from retailer/wholesaler and for phone orders you agree to these terms and conditions listed below and the disclaimer. By accepting this you have read and understood fully the terms and conditions and the disclaimer. Vapormax as a brand and all other entity is included in the terms and conditions and disclaimer.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, we will let you know we have received your order, this does not mean we have accepted your order.

We may choose not to accept an order for any reason and without notice.

If we cannot supply you with your order, we reserve the right to supply you with a different product of similar specification, if you are still not content you are eligible for a full refund.

Eligibility

Before accessing our website or for phone orders, you will be asked that you are the the legal age to purchase our products. If at a later date we discover that you are not legally entitled to purchase our products, we will cancel the order without any notice.

Privacy

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement.

Price

The prices of the products are shown on our website. The price of the product does not include delivery charges, unless the order is over £30 in which case the delivery charge would be waived.

The total price and delivery charges are shown at checkout prior to payment. Full payment for the products and delivery charges must be paid for before goods are despatched.

Delivery

Products delivered within the UK normally arrive with 3-5 working days. For deliveries outside of the UK allow between 10-15 working days. Please be aware that any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by purchaser.

We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party due to failing to meet any estimated delivery dates.

Joyetech products can take 3 days to dispatch from us.

Cancellations & Returns

If your item has arrived and you are not completely satisfied, please return the item unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a refund of the product, we will not refund any delivery charges. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition. We will not refund monies for a used or tampered with product.

Warranty

All products come with a 28-day parts warranty from date of order. Purchasers should be aware that over a period of time our products may develop a fault or could not continue to function.

Any replacement parts are warranted from the date of delivery of the original order.

Cartridges and oils are not under warranty, due to hygiene reasons.

Responsibility 

You hereby take full responsibility for the use of products purchased from our website. All products should be kept out of reach of children. You should consult a doctor before using our products as the disposables and liquids contain nicotine which is an addictive drug. We take no responsibility for any harm, loss or allergic reaction that maybe caused by the use of the product. Also no responsibility will be taken for fire hazard or damage to people or belongings.

Website Changes

We have the right to change prices, modify or remove products from our site without any notification. We will not be liable to anyone for removing products or cancelling an order.

All items in the sale are non-refundable, products may come in a different design or colour also with or without packaging e.g. boxes.
